Well for one thing, it is not rocket science, so it is open to matriculants who do not qualify for University acceptance. But make no mistake, this qualification is important!

Since 2010 all employees within all sectors of financial services have to be FAIS compliant.

What this means is that this programme will open doors for you into South Africa’s progressive banking sector. (One of the best in the world, by the way.) You will emerge after just 1 year with a good understanding of banking systems, processes and key activities, which saves the banks time and money on training and therefore makes you a welcome prospect for employment!

• There are at least 30 paid internships with the banks available to graduates! (Depending, of course, on the successful outcome of an interview with the bank)

• Should you choose to continue to study after graduating from the Future Banker programme, you will be able to enter a University Degree programme.

Where:	Sparrow Schools, Sophiatown or on site on site for a minimum of 10.
Cost:	R15 500 per student excl. VAT.
Course duration:	1 year (2 days per module)
Dates:	Quarterly admission (January; April; June; September)
Times:	8:30 am to 4:30 pm. (Monday to Friday)
Financial assistance criteria:	Three months payslip; certified copy of id; certified copy of highest qualification
Requirements	Matric certificate (Numeracy and Literacy at NQF 4). Pre-assessment at R450 incl. VAT. We assess each student’s prospects for success before commencement of the course. If we feel that you are not 100% able to achieve a pass, we will refund your course-fee minus the minimal cost of the assessment.
