What guarantee do you have — as an employer, parent or self-funding learner — that your investment in training will deliver actual competence?
THE FACILITATION WORKSHOP performance guarantee to employers:
You, the client, retain 20% of the contract fee unless a minimum of 80% of all your students are certified as having passed. There are conditions, however. You are required to ensure your staff attend at least 80% of contact sessions, on time and for the duration of the course, and that they submit at least 80% of all assignments — otherwise we cannot honour our guarantee.
THE FACILITATION WORKSHOP performance guarantee to parents and self-funding students:
We don’t just take your money, close our eyes and hope for the best. We assess each student’s prospects for success before commencement of the course. If we feel that you are not 100% able to achieve a pass, we will refund your course-fee (minus the minimal cost of the assessment) so that you don’t risk losing your investment, and we don’t risk losing our excellent reputation. Learners who don’t pass this initial assessment are re-directed to other, more suitable training opportunities.
In the event that you do fail at the end of a programme, we will let you re-do only those modules that you failed, at 50% of the cost — provided that you attended at least 80% of all classes and handed in 100% of your assignments the first time round.
THE FACILITATION WORKSHOP is your guarantee. A certificate from THE FACILITATION WORKSHOP is a mark of achievement, a guarantee of actual competence — not just a piece of paper to certify that a learner has kept a seat warm for a specified period of time.
